How to they keep warm?? Penguins have feathers that trap in all the warm air. When penguin shake their body their feathers move around letting some of the warm air escape. Penguins have waterproof feathers which means when they go swimming they don’t get wet underneath their feathers, So they don’t get cold.
Breeding?? Normally penguins in Antarctica lay two eggs sometimes three. Emperor penguins only ever lay one egg. When one of the eggs hatches before their other, the other egg hatches to find their brother or sister much bigger than they are. The older penguin is more likely to be fed by parents.
